I was pleasantly surprised with my stay in this hotel during my city trip. The staff members were extremely welcoming and friendly, and they went out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect since it was just a short distance away from the bus station and other key locations in the city. The rooms were well-kept and clean, and the bedding was fresh and comfortable. One thing that stood out to me was the delicious complementary afternoon tea that was served twice from the hotel.
Although I enjoyed my stay in the hotel, there were a few negative aspects that need improvement. The rooms were a bit outdated and would benefit from some renovation.
